Race for Hope

The Race for Hope raises funds to support innovative research initiatives and provides information for brain tumor patients and their families.

Our team, Team NuMuMu, was formed to honor Jennifer's memory.  Initially started by some of her friends from the University of Virginia, the team has grown to encompass Jen's friends from high school, family members, and friends of friends, upwards of 45 members. The Race for Hope has become an annual tradition for many of us, and is a way to come together in celebration of Jen's life, while supporting research to combat brain tumors. While we honor Jen's memory, we are reminded daily of others living with this disease. Know that your support will help them as well.

Our team has raised over $60,000 since we started! Note that 2018 and 2019 were pretty soggy, and 2020 was virtual.
