Meg Wilder is graduating from West Springfield High School. She is a National Merit Recognized Scholar and a member of the English, History, and National Honor Societies, maintaining a GPA well above the required criteria of 3.3. A West Springfield High School staff member described her as a “wonderful young woman who really enjoys helping those around her.”

Meg has a passion for writing, and she has put her talents to work for four years as a member of the West Springfield newspaper staff, serving as The Oracle's editor her senior year. She has also played club soccer for ten years and played 3 seasons with the West Springfield team. In her free time, Meg enjoys playing the piano, and has played for us at Grace as well.

Since 8th grade, Meg has gone to Tri-cities work camp every summer, where she has worked on home repairs for the impoverished in Petersburg, Va.

She has been an active participant in Grace's youth program, participating in numerous service activities including Grace's annual George's Kids events and 30-Hour Famine trips, along with distributing backpacks for the homeless. This past summer Meg went on the Grace mission trip to Honduras.

Meg will be attending the College of William & Mary in the fall, where she plans to study International Relations.
